christmas 2011 we had...

a week long stay with family

a christmas eve dinner at my mom and larry's

christmas morning at the ranch where santa brought a scooter

and a silly penguin hat.

special gifts were given

and fun surprises made us all smile!

aside from the best part of christmas 2011, being able to celebrate with almost all of our family (we missed you steve and luke!) one of the best events was watching ezra learn how to ride his new bike.  he has been on a balance bike for the last year and showed signs of being ready for pedals months ago.  i think that is why he learned on his 4th or 5th try at the park christmas day.  it was so cool i thought i'd share his first rides without daddy holding on that i filmed.  i hope you all enjoyed the holidays of the season with loved ones around and had special moments that filled you with warmth, happiness, and love!
