he has this sweet peach fuzz on his cheeks, arms, and back still and i know from ezra that it won't last. so i thought i better take a picture to remember it by. i spend many mindless minutes a day in a trance like state brushing my lips side to side on his shoulder. good therapy for a sleep deprived mommy.
this sleep deprived big brother loves his baby so much that he can be found spontaneously cuddling him after a night of interrupted sleep. indy has a loud cry during diaper changes and wakes up the whole family with each one. we go through an average of 7 diaper changes a night...
but, still the boy loves his baby the next morning.
he posed self willingly for these pictures this morning. i have never seen his eyes so sleepy. i'm so happy to see how he is taking to his little brother who doesn't give much yet other than his adorable presence. ezra is full of love and patience and for that i am so grateful.

ReplyDeleteAahhh - I remember Ronan's peach fuzz - so sweat. Ezra knows that it is a special gift to have a little brother - even with all the sleepless nights. This is just the beginning of a very close bond between these two. Hopefully rest comes soon - xoxo
