making dinner

while making dinner last night, i had to snap some quick shots of my little sous chef.  he seems to be seeing farther now.  i can make him smile from my veggie chopping post.  last night was vegan enchiladas from this cookbook.  this last week i made a meal every night from this book.  a bit more work than i've been putting into our meals since indy was born, but worth it for my transition back into a vegan diet.  i think michael's happy.
