blue ocean, blue skies, and new blue sandals. michael took these photos with his phone last weekend. ezra practically danced his whole way home in his new sandals from camper. they're really gummy and form fitting and he can even stand on his tippy toes in them as you can see! michael walked out on the beach alone one evening. these photos were shot around 7:00 p.m. i think that must be the time to go because it has otherwise been much too hot for our comfort during the day. i look forward to enjoying more of the great outdoors here once it simmers down a bit. i've been told that can already start in august. fingers crossed.
reminds me of Regina Spektor's blue song:) Guess what... we are applying to come to Bakersfield!!! It's a long shot that we'll get in (for Ross students, they heavily favor Cali residents), but we're going to try. How AWESOME would that be if we could be real life friends:) I'm stoked about the possibility. Keep your fingers crossed!
