four seasons with jill

my dear friend jill took me out for a late lunch today at the four seasons hotel.  

no kids, no husbands, just us.  

we sat with a view of the waterfall out the window,

and part of a british wedding party that wandered into the restaurant.

we tasted delicious tomato soups and wine,

 talked and laughed

 while i snuck another photo of the ladies and gentleman in their finery.  

as one can expect the service was outstanding and the kind server 

asked if we'd like a picture of us together.  

the great service, fine details and decor in this beautiful setting, a laid back yet elegant place to enjoy a late afternoon lunch with one of your best girlfriends is what made this engagement a special one.  thank you jill for such a kind gesture...  xoxo
