indy is a week old

we spent the first week in our new home having moved a day after our return from the hospital.  my mom is here helping us settle in, playing with ezra, and allowing me to take naps everyday.  michael is back in his surgery rotation, on call this weekend, studying in the evenings, but also fitting in time for extra love and attention for ez.  my days and nights are focused primarily on little indy, who is so lovable, adorable, and perfect.  i did make sure to bake a batch of m&m cookies (ezra's favorite) with ez one day.  he's such a sweet boy and i want to make sure he knows i still want to do the things we always did before indy came even though my time is limited with him right now.  the other night at bedtime ezra said, "i'm so glad you came home with us."  i said, "from the hospital?" and he said, "yeah, i thought you moved there."  poor boy.  when he came to the hospital the second day for a visit he said to me, "you live here now?"  oh...  thank goodness we were able to clear that up!
