we have moved five times, lived in two countries and two different states, started careers, ended careers, acquired two dogs and a cat, made two boys, lost dearly loved ones and held closer to those still here. we've worked together to actualize a common dream - yours of becoming a doctor and mine of staying home and raising our family. there have been tears of joy and tears of sorrow, but more than anything there has been laughter, love and understanding. i am grateful to be alive and to be on this path with you. life will always bring changes and together we have made choices that changed our lives, ourselves, and our love. i am grateful for the transforming experience of loving you. may we continue to grow in our loving one another so that with open hearts we embrace each other and all that comes our way.
