we've had some baby animals being hatched and born here and around these parts of where we're livin'. you may have seen these baby birds above from my
mother's day post who's mama and papa bird made their little nest in a nook of the horse trailer. it's been a wonderful experience to check on them each day as their eyes open and they grow their feathers becoming more recognizable as little birdlings. a real treat was when we got to visit daisy, the new foal in the neighborhood. she was born less than 24 hours before i took these pictures of her and her tired mama. ezra is getting a beautiful introduction to animals in the real world with our life on the ranch. we're only at the beginning of our unschooling adventure, but i'm thrilled that his early experiences have been surrounded with beautiful nature and animals and of course loving family.

ReplyDeleteYour walk and the eucalyptus I could imagine being there, it's really beautiful. All your photos are so beautiful too, I've enjoyed so much being back to nunuland, I've missed you.
